Good day I have installed otrs 2.0.4 on a SUSE Linux box. I need to connect emails on the system. I have tried the fetchmailrc and procmailrc and still it is not working. I can only get emails that are send only if the user is logged onto the system. Is it possible that users can send request to the system using outlook to a specified email address
