Hi Laurent,

Yes, there is always a BUT.

I made the following tests.

OTRS version    | install via       |  install via download from the
                | Online Repository |  ftp-server and install it via
                |                   |  upload to the package manager
- ----------------+-------------------+--------------------------------
OTRS 2.2.2      | false             |  true
OTRS 2.2.3      | false             |  true
OTRS 2.2.4 and  | true              |  true
higher          |                   |
OTRS CVS-Head   | true              |  true

So please try to install the package via manual upload to the
Packagemanager (Webfrontend).

I'm not sure what it is, but we think it's, cause of an umlaut in the
package description. But this bug is fixed in OTRS 2.2.4 and
higher.

Please give me feedback.
