Hi, is it possible to hire OTRS development team for making some system extensions or custom add-ons?
I'm asking on behalf of Terena Mobility Taskforce (GN2-SA5). The biggest deal on the wish list is making two or more OTRS systems to interact. With simple words, besides moving tickets between queues, moving between OTRS systems would be possible too.
