everytime when a new update is published for ITSM all previous files are
updated, too.
result is, that mirroring will download all previous files, even if the
'new ones' would only be needed.
Is the 'puplisher' able to only publish the new files and keep the old
ones (previous files) es they are (keep timestamp intact)?
This would save a lot of bandwith while mirroring itsm.
