Thanks to Alex for reviewing the PR for PARQUET-23! I've merged the
rename changes and updated the maven version to 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT. That
means master is ready to accept merges again. Thanks for being patient,
everyone. I'm glad we can get back to merging.

I've also pushed the release tag, apache-parquet-1.6.0-incubating.
I just submitted a PR to update the version of master for development of
1.7.0 and I'll be working as quickly as possible to get the rename done
so that we can branch for a 1.7.0 release and start merging pull
requests again.
Thanks for being patient on these releases, everyone. Luckily, we only
have to do a rename once.
