Sergio, you're right. I forgot to update the change log. I'm still +1 on
this release since I the log is still available in JIRA and in the git
log. We'll make sure we fix the problem for the next release.

This release is the first release of parquet-format after incubation and
is mostly updates to the spec. The only code change is that slf4j-nop is
