To improve the usability/testability of parquet-cpp, the library needs a
utility to print the contents of a Parquet file. incubator-parquet-cpp used to
have a parquet_reader utility, but a) it was not ported to the Apache, and b)
it had memory leaks and mismanaged file handles, and required a lot of
improvement.
Using parquet_reader as a starting point, I will build a utility for printing a
Parquet file contents.
