I propose that we do this before it is too late -- I believe we should also
scope the Thrift metadata namespace to be {{parquet::metadata}} or
{{parquet::thrift}} to avoid namespace conflicts. Having to use {{parquet_cpp}}
in thirdparty code so far is feeling a little bit annoying. Thoughts?
