Exactly the same issues as
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-313
{{cmake_modules/CompilerInfo.cmake}} has a hard-coded search for "clang-7", so
it can't find the just-release Xcode 8 tools.
I can submit the patch if so desired.
