Hi [~xhochy], I only found PARQUET-601 may be related to how to support 
enable/disable dictionary on column level, but the properties 
{{parquet.writer.encoding-override.<type>}} or 
{{parquet.writer.factory-override}} are not implemented. It seems that if Hive 
wants support enable/disable dictionary for column, a custom 
{{ValuesWriterFactory}} need to be constructed  at Hive side. Am I right?
