We've been testing compression codecs lately and I think it makes more sense to
add LZ4 and Zstd instead of LZO. LZO has licensing difficulties and is unlikely
to outperform LZ4. Zstd and brotli are far better options than even LZ4, so I
think we'd be needlessly expanding the spec to add LZO. [~asandryh], is that
okay with you?
