Hi all, These are the meeting notes for today's Parquet community sync.
*12/04/201* Attendee: Gidon, Gabor, Jim, Ryan, Xinli Topics: Column Encryption 1. C++ version is fully merged. 2. Java version is waiting for the Parquet-11 release. Bloom Filter 1. Opened a PR in parquet-mr repo to change the implementation and the spec. 2. These will be in C++ version also. Jim will take the ownership of it. Parquet-11 Release 1. Closed all the open discussions in email. 2. Xinli will take the ownership to verify CRC enabled by default by using production data. This is not a blocker. 3. PMC to validate the release - Gabor will send out email to ask PMCs. -- Xinli Shang
