Thank you for the response, however I was able to build parquet-tools project
by running these other projects too
`mvn -pl
:parquet-generator,:parquet-common,:parquet-jackson,:parquet-column,:parquet-encoding,:parquet-hadoop,:parquet-tools
clean package -Plocal -DskipTests`
Am new to this project but it seems`parquet-tools` module is dependant on
`parquet-hadoop` module.
