Hey Julien, Thanks for bringing this up. The PyIceberg sync is on the last Tuesday of each month at the same time as the Parquet sync, so, therefore, I'm not as often at the sync as I would like.
My preference would be 8PT or 10PT. Each day is fine, except Friday :) For now, Monthly works for me.
