Hi Gabor, I think that we can remove the CHANGES.md from the master branch and use the GitHub release page to keep track of the release note, like https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/releases/tag/apache-parquet-1.14.2 I will add a similar one for 1.14.3 once it is released.
