Thank you all. I put this together, here is a summary: Please note that the US has switched to DST already as of a week ago while Europe has not yet. So for another 10 days, there are only 8 hours between PT and CET but at the end of the month we will be back to 9 hours time difference. In bold, the TZ the meeting is scheduled at (if this is wrong, please reply as well). meeting frequency next meeting time Parquet Sync Wed every 2 weeks 3/19 (5:30pm CET this time) *9:30am PT *6:30pm CET Iceberg community sync Wed every 3 weeks 3/19 *9am PT* Iceberg REST Catalog Wed every 3 weeks 3/26 *9am PT* Arrow community meeting Wed every 3 weeks 3/12 9am PT *6pm CET* PyArrow sync Wed every 4 weeks 3/19 8am PT *5pm CET* OpenLineage sync 3rd Wednesday of the month 3/19 *9:30am PT *6:30pm CET (I realize 3/12 is in the past, but that still works to anchor the schedules) So basically there is alway an Arrow or an Iceberg meeting at 9amPT/6pm CET conflicting with the current Parquet sync. Wednesday seems to be a popular time for those sync meetings. A lot of people in the Parquet sync need/want to be in either the Arrow or Iceberg meeting. Looking at this, I would *propose* *two changes*: - *moving the Parquet sync half an hour later to 10am PT, 7PM CET*. That way it would not conflict with those anymore. I realize this is probably inconvenient for people in the CET time zone or East of it. Please feel free to suggest alternatives. We can also move to a different day of the week. *Please chime in if you'd rather keep it at the same time on Thursday.* - I need to be able to go to the OpenLineage Sync. (I realize I'm probably the only one with this constraint). So I would also like to change the Parquet meeting schedule to be in sync with the OpenLineage meeting schedule so that they alternate. This can be achieved either by changing the OL schedule to be every 4 weeks or the *Parquet schedule to be every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month*.
