FWIW I don't think we normally finalize / vote on a spec until we have 2 example implementations and they have been shown to be compatible So in this case, what I suggest we do is : 1. Collect any more spec feedback (you are actively doing this now) 2. Update the two draft implementations to match the updated spec draft We may need to do that cycle a few times before we arrive at something that seems ready to vote on.
