Hello Parquet Community, Kosta, Prateek and I are working on a blog post for ALP (aka a form of external marketing).
As part of that effort, I would like to have a relatively finalized location to link to on the parquet site. Feedback on the original spec PR was that the ALP description was so large that it should be its own page rather than inlined in the existing Encodings.md page.
