Hi everyone, Since the 1.18.1 release, several critical fixes have landed on the parquet-1.18.x branch:
- Avoid flushing incomplete files after writer failures (#3871 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3871>). - Fix dictionary lookup collisions between dotted field names and nested column paths (#3872 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3872>). - Preserve column path components when handling Bloom filters (#3873 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3873>). - Release row-group buffers when advancing or closing the reader (#3874 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3874>). - Fix protobuf empty-message and recursive-field handling (#3844 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3844>). - Upgrade Jackson to 2.22.3 to fix CVEs (#3846 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3846>).
