Or, if we think this could be included in PDFBox itself, we could just
take it through IP clearance [1] and grant PDFBox commit rights to the
PaDaF team so they can continue working on the code here. That would
be a less heavyweight option than full incubation that's more targeted
at creating entirely new projects.
