The whole apache git stuff is hosted at GitHub. So, I'm just a git rookie too,
but I've managed to [fork|https://github.com/lehmi/JBIG2-Image-Decoder] the
JBIG2-module on GitHub :-)
I'll proceed when I'm back home, if no one else is faster
