I stronly second Tilman's plea not to disable tests here and there just like
that.
It is not a good sign for the quality of a project, if the number one and
number two function advertised in
https://pdfbox.apache.org/commandline/
[have never been|are no longer] tested and seemingly suffered from an
incomplete BouncyCastle version upgrade (PDFBOX-2460) that goes unnoticed
because the regression tests have been disabled.
Therefore I suggest to remove the "@ignore" from the trunk.
