[~jahewson] thanks this may help me elsewhere, but not now as I already know
the page number from the loop. Not all errors are related to a page number. (My
interpretation of Ralfs wish is to have the page number for every error, not
just exceptions - I'll have a look at them later too) In preflight, the
"context" acts as a sort of companion who's always there, so I'm using it to
remember whether we're in a page or not.
