I'm currently working on this, and this will be done in two steps:
- apply inverted ctm and xform to each coordinate in getRaster, as I already do
with type1 shading (works fine, see attachment) but without the optimizations
- reintroduce the optimizations in the new code
Other files with the same problem:
- PDFBOX-2344-233644-p10.pdf (axial, see "rolling" and "scrap processing")
