[~jahewson], is it not possible to bundle the Adobe profiles from the
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4077 (ICC profile
downloads for bundlers)? Wasn't sure if there was a general license issue or if
it didn't fit within other restrictions of PDFBox.
