I'll look into incorporating your patch within the next 2 days. I'll have to do
it selectively as parts are new code and parts are reformatting existing code.
We'd like to have the new code stand out so it's easier to identify and review
in a commit. In addition as discusses before we don't want to have the
StringUtils dependency in there. So it's a little more involved than doing a
simple apply.
