Yes. When PDF is saved (using {{PDDocument#save()}}) in step 2, I get malformed 
PDF with xref stream dictionary merged into trailer. When in step 3 I try to 
sign it, I get signature error.
If I sign the first PDF without intermediate save, OK.

And unfortunately, I have to use 1.8x.
