Test on the file submitted with PDFBOX-2856 and
pdfbox-2.0.0-20150715.011346-1543.jar.
1.7 seconds to load the file with no scratch files.
47 seconds to load the file with scratch files.
This is down from 5 seconds and 2.5 minutes respectively.
