This is an initial attempt for testing and feedback which needs some further
code cleanup but already provides better results for the various issues
mentioned on the users mailing list.
As the autosizing mechanism used by Adobe is not documented it will need some
further investigation to get an even closer match between the output generated
by us and Adobe.
