it would be of tremendous help if you could provide us with a sample form so we 
could build a test case around it together with the sample forms we generated 
internally. One of the issues we have is that there seem to be some special 
routines (e.g. the handling of fonts if the caps are taller than the field) so 
having more test files will help us getting a better idea how Adobe creates the 
appearance.

Thank you for the input and feedback while getting closer to an acceptable 
result.
