Is your signature interface the sample code from PDFBox, or is it your own?
The file append_by_pdf_box_no_signature.txt does have an acroform, but I don't
see the field, although I see the XObjects belonging to it.
Are you possibly having several versions of PDFBox in your classpath?
However... I tried to sign your file and it doesn't work properly, i.e. Adobe
Reader does not display the signature although it should.
