I have an idea about the problem shown in the .TXT file. That one does not
contain the signature field. Could it be that the document is already signed,
and that you're resigning it?

This code from PDDocument searches for the signature cosobject. If it is
already there, it does not call {{setNeedToBeUpdated(true);}} but maybe it
should.
