For the most part, that's what we do. Most errors are silently repaired by
PDFBox, or the problem content is simply skipped. There are some cases where we
can't proceed and will throw an IOException, though these are rare. In this
particular case it's a moot point, the exception is an unchecked exception
being thrown because of a bug in PDFBox - that particular exception is just a
sanity check to make sure that we've called our own API correctly.
