Good news :-) I was able to reproduce the effect with CIB PDF brewer. The
problem appears when advanced print features are disabled, and only if the
whole file is printed, not when e.g. page 3 is printed.
todos for me:
- have a look at the bad result PDF
- try printing with competing java products, but also with Adobe and GS
- trace output of tilingpaint, pdfprintable / pdfpageable
- concurrent printing of pages?
