Things done:
- print from Adobe Reader: doesn't work at all, maybe by design
- print from gs: ok
- print from IC*pdf: ok
- print from JP*dal: bad result, similar to PDFBox!!
- trace PDFPrintable and PageDrawer: same output for page 3 when printing
individual or all pages
- no concurrent processing of pages has been observed
- also texted PDFBox with JDK9ea, still bad
