I finally had a real look at the code and even managed to get it to work:
- the patch is for 1.8.11, so it had to be changed for 2.*
- I don't like the added signaturePage to PDVisibleSignDesigner, I think we
don't need it. I assume the intent was to have a PDPage because of the lack of
methods to write a form content stream. IMHO this should be done outside.
- the actual user dependent work is to be done in createN2FormStream and in
createN2FormResources
- I'll commit to the trunk only at first, and then wait for a user so that it
can be seen if there is any flaw in the logic
