As per description, there's mismatch between what's reported by Acrobat reader
and pdfbox.
I am not the author of that pdf, it's external. I am opening it in PDFBox
without any password. Then I am trying to extract text but it yields no results
eventhough pdfbox reports both permissinons granted (assembly and extraction)
