No good ideas from me. Some observations:
* could it be that Adobe expects something that isn't there because Prop_Build
mentions an Adobe product?
* The Adobe signed file did not use incremental save, i.e. it signed a new file
* The /N in /AP/N has a different object number after incremental save when
PDFBox signs it
* PDFDebugger doesn't support the /Ff flag entry <= TODO
