Dictionaries do now know their parent(s). You could still find it by going
through the whole PDF and then spidering the structures, and using getItem()
instead of getDictionaryItem(). If you get a COSObject, then there is an
indirect object below. However... it gets more complex when saving, because
COSWriter makes some optimizations (some structures are always indirect) / has
some exceptions.
