Yes the patch will be here.
The links are for housekeeping.
there were about 20 causes, the direct/indirect was the last of them.
The code is tightly coupled in our product's source right now. [Bug
1971|https://projects.pdinc.us/show_bug.cgi?id=1971] is assigned, albeit at a
low priority, to create a patch for PDFBox.
The thought would be to provide a few utility functions, e.g.
PDSignature.signForFiledMDP(appearance, other data...)
PDocument.prepareForDigitalSignatureAndIncrementalSave(????)
