Well, Firefox (PDF.js) doesn't support viewing XFA. Chrome doesn't ... Adobe
Reader does. There is a limited set of Readers supporting XFA. If you need to
view it you'll have to use an XFA compliant viewer. Merging XFA is yet another
story. Merging multiple XFA based PDFs together needs a rendering step before.
The number of software packages supporting that is even more limited.
