I think unconditional silent removal is dangerous. How about adding a flag
somewhere, {{RemoveXfaForSigning}} or something like that?
By the way, usually XFA forms are accompanied by a *UR3* usage rights
signature. As this signature is broken by XFA removal, It should also be
removed from *Perms*.
