Thank you Gents for your swift support,
I have upgraded pdfbox to pdfbox-2.0.21.jar and fontbox to fontbox-2.0.21.jar
however I am still having the same issue.
I have also tried to run the ExtractText from PDFBox app, and I got the same
result as if it was extracted from my application (extraction attached)
I am sharing a PDF sample, Appreciate your feedback
