Thanks for RM'ing!

I have:
- validated the contents of the .zip, the .tgz and the git tag match
- built the project from git and verified the result is bit-by-bit
identical to the artifacts uploaded to staging for the 2.12 and 2.13
artifacts.
- updated a simple project that uses Pekko HTTP (snapshot) and Pekko (RC2),
and confirmed it indeed works as expected (using the Scala 3 jars from the
staging environment).
- took a superficial look at the jars' META-INF metadata, looks good AFAICS

Based on this I'm +1 (non-binding)
