Hi,

Thanks for getting out this RC. I performed the following checks:

- Verified download links are valid.
- Verified checksums and signatures are valid following:
https://pekko.apache.org/download.html#verifying-downloads
- Verified the LICENSE and NOTICE files exist
- Compiled successfully from the source

I will update the internal codebases with the new version of the snapshot
and run unit and integration tests this week (Scala 2.13).
If you don't hear from me, you can assume I haven’t spotted problems.
