Thanks for the vote, I would like to clarify something since you said +1 binding. Does that mean it counts for this PPMC voting round or only for the later IPMC voting round? According to https://incubator.apache.org/cookbook/#two_phase_vote_on_podling_releases it explicitly says 3 PPMC votes but since you said binding I am now confused.
