I just added a milestone to https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko/pull/981 although I did mention it in the referenced thread. This one needs to be done before M1 since its a behaviour change on a new unreleased feature for 1.1.x.
Will work on this today, but yes we should prune the milestones.
