Doing a release sounds good. I see there's an 1.2.0-M0 tag at https://github.com/apache/pekko-connectors/tags - IIRC we use that to signal the next release should be 1.2.0 rather than 1.1.1, right? Are you proposing to create a release from the 1.1.x branch or from main? I think I'd prefer to focus on releasing 1.2.0 from main.
As for your lost Yubikey: I think it should be fine to add an additional key to the KEYS?
