ok, but what mod_perl functionality are we testing here? the docs are already tested by the perl.apache.org site's build tool. I guess it could be more strict... we don't want the test suite report < 100% because some pod is imperfect.

feel free to fix these, the pods are incomplete, waiting for Lyle/Gerald's new WrapXS to do the work of translating httpd headers into pods, then will fix all at once.
