+ Maybe dumping the latest Sandwich code to Apache::Sandwich::MP1
and having an Apache::Sandwich that just has a BEGIN { .. @ISA ...} ugliness which branches on mod_perl version, so that the luggage overhead can be kept to a minimum.


Then again, I am not sure it's worth the effort either.

I'd suggest to follow the followin principle: if there is only one user asking to port it, do nothing, as this module is trivial to implement by the user herself. If you see that many people are interested then go ahead and port it.
